Biosketch:
Beatrice H. Hahn, Professor of Medicine and Microbiology, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Regensburg, Germany and her graduate work at the University of Munich, Medical School (M.D. 1981). After a three-year post-doctoral fellowship with R. C. Gallo at the National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, MD, she joined the faculty of medicine at UAB in 1985.
